Yep. You could tow one of those with the family sedan, with a clamp on bumper hitch, standard (not power) drum brakes. White knuckle, but we did it. The only thing going up the grades slower was a Volkswagen bus. No need for a one ton dually, Cummins turbo diesel, receiver hitch, power brakes.
I sure remember that storm! Nothing like the hurricanes down South, but unexpected and rare here in the Pacific Northwest...
