Makes me think of my grandparents^. Not that they would have bought a fancy Bel Air. Grandmom didn't like 2 door cars. She said the doors were too big and heavy.

  3. My grandparents didn't own anything fancy. In fact my grandfather on my mom's side preferred smaller frugal cars like a Nash, then a '61 Comet and lastly a '70 Maverick. He even considered a VW Beetle at one time but he could not fit. My other grandfather wasn't too particularly frugal. He had a variety of cars like an Olds, a Chevy Belair, a Dodge then lastly a Mercury.
    Neither of my grandmothers drove.
