    "50 years after the sinking they finally found it sitting around 10, ooo feet below the surface of Lake Erie. " 10,000 feet seemed very deep for Lake Erie, so I looked it up. It actually sank in Lake Superior at a depth of 500 feet.

    AND, cool relics & story at the Maritime Museum up there on the lake in OH, conveniently located near the Norwalk Raceway Park.
