Yes, It looks like The Lucy Evelyn, LBI, Beach Haven. Built as a "Schooner", in Maine 1917. Sailed along east coast. Purchased for under $1600. and turned into a gift shop, 1949. It was 140' Lg. A fire in 1972, destroyed the attraction. I visited it many times in the 1960's while on vacation on LBI.
