The first photos looks to be the car of John Hollansworth at Phoenix in 1966. I believe this is the ex-Jimmy Bryan Metal Cal car built by George Salih. Years later Hollansworth's son of the same name raced in the Indy Racing League for a few years. The other photo shows someone using the Magnaflux process to check for cracks in an Offy crankshaft. Hollansworth and some local (Colo) racers along with Junior Knepper put together this low-buck team for 66. They only ran a limited amount but didn't really do too bad considering they were on a shoestring budget with a outdated machine.
