Those were government cars.... Truman did own a personal car while he was in office. In fact, when he left office, Chrysler Corp gifted him a new Dodge. Also of note.... when he left office there was NO Presidential retirement fund! Congress appropriated a retirement fund for him and all subsequent Presidents. Those Lincolns were used by Eisenhour too.
