I’m wondering too, thought about ball same as you but then realized that would also allow camber to flop from side to side and wheel wouldn’t maintain a vertical stance. Then thought maybe that would act like a leaned motorcycle causing it to turn, but quickly realized that it would lean in wrong direction for desired turn direction. So like you I still don’t understand how turns were made.

Maybe an AI image? Fingers on her right hand? Something that might be a cooler is taking up the same space as the side of the car? Missing mirrors?
not to mention that that doesn't resemble any particular kind of car. the grill is like nothing I have ever seen.. man , I really don't like this AI crap....
