Looks like the girl in “A River Runs Through It”……

 

I remember my Dad telling me back in the early '60's that Nashes of that era had a reputation for breaking spindles....

 

Built in Chicago in 1931 to house a Commonwealth Edison substation it still stands today in stark contrast to the surrounding high rises.
