This aroused my curiosity.
Unusually wide road/highway for the 50's and there's a large building in the distance in what appears to be a busy desert town.

 

I don't know the make of this car but it has to have a straight eight.

The original genuine Oldsmobile flippers.
I remember long before I could drive when guys would put lights in their wheel wells for those flippers.
