    IMG_0041.jpeg This is the Old Ford Factory at 21st & Harrison in San Francisco. Ford moved to Richmond in 1930. If your 28 or 29 A has a SF stamp on the body cross member in front of the seat, this is where it was built.

    Three women were in the the field for the NASCAR Cup race at Langhorne Speedway. Ethel Flock Mobley drove the No. 92 1948 Cadillac while Sara Christian drove the No. 71 1949 Oldsmobile. Louise Smith is on the outside in a 1947 Ford. Christian had the best finish of the three, finishing sixth in the race.
