I'd be more concerned about the lawn chair mounted in the race care.

 

You have to listen really closely to hear the BOING right before it comes out of the spring .

 

A perfect example of why you need not worry about using a smaller size belt in your pulleys. GM and racers knew it how you keep the belt on at high rpm!
