This photo makes me think the 51 did not have full wheel covers; the last year. I do remember a large multi rib trim ring held on with the hub cap. The 52 was the first full cover!

Yep a perfect match….close enough!

 

Yes pretty sure '52 was the first year that Ford had full covers (optional). Hard to find them these days.
