I believe this is Rex Easton but that's about all I know. The car is very distinctive but I don't recognize it at all. It must have had a long history before Easton drove it. Is there any info on this one? Thanks as always!

That Bugatti looks like a factory built car! Just looked it up. They are Campbell's kids!!!!!!!! That means that Malcolm's builders built that car!
