I found this photo in the same group from the same dealership in Salt Lake City. This one is titled "second hand Pope" This is not the same car as the fenders and cowl are different? Looks like it is a Pope on a rope not a Pierce Arrow as it was marked.

Here are more pictures of that car and other Hudson cars from the same dealership Botterill Auto in Salt lake and some other Hudsons for comparison. It is a very special body, I wonder if the guys on the AACA forum can identify the coachbuilder?

A few more shots including a Napier-Railton with a huge 1,461 cu in W12 motor that set many records back in the day. Evidently the cars still exists today but the engine has a cover today so you do not see the Napier head. It is sitting in front of the Hudson dealer in Salt lake in 1935

Great photos you have posted! Thanks. The surviving Popes must be fairly rare. I found a photo of a 1908 Pope that looks somewhat similar to the one in the photo. The photo is on a postcard that is for sale and I can't copy it.

Biddle and Smart built most Hudson bodies and a bunch of luxury makes including Rolls and Marmon so it's quite likely theirs. Great pics ...as ever.

  19. In New Zealand these tractors are known as a Ferguson TE 20, very popular and still heaps of them still going here

Here is another photo from the same series as yours but more front on

With key improvements, such as the four-speed gearbox, overhead valve engine and better handling, this would prove to be the most popular of all the tractors in the Ferguson range. By 1956 over 500,000 of these "Wee Grey Fergies" had been sold. Farmers loved its simplicity and ease of handling and it remains popular today
