I couldn't find the clip from the show, but here is a short vid from the outside. The show was called "Diner Paradise" and it was the first one highlighted on the show. It's in Pawtucket Rhode Island and a couple of years ago, some guys moved it, restored it, and opened it.

 

I like these Tarpin and Marlin show cars, I have a 65 Marlin and it is a wild looking thing right out of the box!

 

I remember growing up on the south west corner of Cooking Lake and one of the guys in our little cove bought a brand new Marlin. He was an AMC guy and had a new car every year. I kinda remember his earlier ride was a convertible AMC (about 1965).

Realistically, I think his Marlin was probably The car that made me take a closer look at cars in general as I never really paid any mind until Mr Plowman pulled up to the North Cooking Lake Airport in that new Marlin.
