  19. Here's few shots from "Days Gone By", of hardworking folks from BC.s history. These pics range from the 1900's to the 1960's. For some it would seem a hard life, but when you look at the pics from the 1930's and see families living in these remote camps, where every family had a pay cheque and never missed a meal, it doesn't seem too bad.

  25. Here's a few more. They started as logging railroads then slowly evolved to trucks which then grew to large proportions.
     
  26. These areas are still being logged, although they are mostly replanted areas now, so the trees aren't the size that were once logged here.

    On September 1, 1952, a fleet of B36 bombers were parked at Carswell AFB. At 6:42 P.M. a tornado made a direct hit on the base and scattered the huge planes
