    Hell, everybody likes Katharine Hepburn,
    but in 1933 she had not yet found her
    screen persona. "Christopher Strong"
    was a muddled sort of production, IMO.

    They've got a certain swashbucking swagger even standing still. They remind me of my grandparents, Albert and Cleo, who would have been a little older than this couple back in '42. They were upstanding and loving people, but always had an excess of street savy. So they had numerous ways to get things done, and most of the ways were just slightly outside of the law. But they did what they had to do to survive.
     
  23. Well, not everyone likes Katharine Hepburn...different strokes. For my money, no one had the range and capabilities of this fine lady.

    if GM wouldnt have tried to reinvent the wheel and used iron cyl sleeves instead of silicon alum bores, Vega's would have been remembered very differently .

    This Dog N Suds was located on HWY 16 just past Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. I know because this is where we stopped every weekend on our way to the cabin in the 60s...ah memories.
