I did and was curious as well about this cabriolet, but was waiting for someone to perhaps give info on it.

Yellerspirit. Thanks for the Vt. shots. Some of the latter ones are around the S. Burlington area where I grew up. It is really fun to 'look back' in time.

I have this in an old Popular Mechanics I think it is, anyway it's a parking elevator for the apartment building its attached to you would push a button that would bring your "parking space to ground level and drive your car in the cars went over the top and under the bottom of the shaft but I'm not sure just how there was a complete write up in the magazine with more pictures.the elevator did go all the way around.

That film pissed my mother off and I remember her saying they looked like rats more than once. Not that she disliked all rats as she once made some new feet for a footless little rat fink from one of my brother's Roth kits that resided on her kitchen window sill for decades.

I downloaded an addon for Windows Media Player called Picture Viz II and what it does is turn your photos into a musical slide show while you are playing/Listening to mp3's/Tunes with Windows Media Player.

The pic/viz addons are available from Microsoft at this page:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/...eoid=f4&version=11.0.5721.5262&userlocale=409

Picture Viz I is a very basic pic to music slideshow, Picture Viz II ads a few more tricks to slide/twist/cut pics in and. The download called 'Psychedelia Viz Pack' I found to be quirky and it didn't want to work properly with WMP (at least on my computer)

All of these addons need a little tweaking (transition time etc) and some basic set up (assign a directory for the slideshow to grab jpgs out of) to get things rolling.

I have a large archive of black and white pics (about 15,000) and everybody seems to enjoy reminiscing as history rolls by and the computer plays the rocnroll oldies.

    - And with 15,000 pics I get up to 4 hours of viewing when set to the one second interval.
(I found that setting the picture rate to 1 second intervals works well as a pic pops/slides into view and stays just long enough to keep you interested while still keeping the show more or less action filled and fast paced).

The addon is not perfect in that it wont find files in sub folders which means that you need to have/create a folder with all your favourite pics bunched in it.

At New Years everybody enjoyed the tunes while watching pics on the big screen, Even the girls liked it.

    moe.
