Houston, I think we have a problem here. This graphic does not appear to me to be vintage at all. I'm sure that Eisenhower spoke or wrote these words, just not in this context.

I don't think it has a place. If it is indeed a vintage graphic, I'll apologize. But I believe it is a matter of old material being married together recently for what, it appears, an unclear purpose. I don't think it belongs on this thread. My two cents (and I LIKED Ike myself.)

After looking at the history of this poster more......
I can't prove it either way, the words are true, the photo is vintage but as you say they were married together more recent for a different purpose.

So, Houston.....all clear.

 

Moefuzz, there's a lot of truth in there, also a few misses like the no rats or mice thing.
