    I was born there too, in Blessing Hospital. Most of the downtown looks much the same, although its been 10 years since I saw the town. All my cousins, uncles and aunts still live there.

    Yep....they definitely offered Edsel wagons
    with fake wood trim like that in '58 I
    remember when I was a kid, around
    1961 or '62, a neighbour had one.

    My family loaded up and ready for the move from Litchfeild, Mi to Pasadena,Ca in 1957. I am on the far right checking out the girl next door one last time. This is the car we murdered all the jack rabbits with. We had one of those old window coolers that held ice and you pulled a string to roll the ice around inside the cooler. It looked like a Hoover vacuum cleaner hooked on the window.

    My '49 Ford tudor in 1957, ran a 3/4 race flatty, sold it to buy new '57 Fairlane 500, 312 Tbird motor $2475.00 tax & license included. Sold it to buy much needed 9 pass. 1963 wagon in 1963. $3100.00

    Those are great Disneyland Shots! Even has the Monsanto House of the future, Somebody really liked Tomorrowland! Wish that it still looked like that.
