  1. Well I thought Sam123 had the answer, but now you've sort of got me stumped. I'm also using WinXP but I think it might be more of a browser issue. I'm working with IE8. I thought the same info was available with Firefox and probably Chrome, but don't quote me on that. Try clicking on "Inspect Element" and see if that tells you anything useful. :D

Well guys, between ClayMart, Sam123 and Moefuzz I have figured it out.

I knew I had a proble a few pages back when Moefuzz asked me why I posted an unhistorical photo and I was wondering how he got the photo info and I don't see it. I quickly deleted the post based on his info but I spent 2 days trying to figure out how he knew....

I mostly use Chrome on the net but when I opened up this thread on IE and clicked on a photo I got all the info you guys are talking about.

Thanks for steering me in the right direction and I'm posting this in case anybody else is having the same problem.

    Les

Orson Welles takes a break from playing Rochester in Jane Eyre to jam with Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy on the set of Jitterbugs, on the 20th Century Fox lot.

  6. I think this is an issue with Chrome more than anything else. After a bit of Googling I get the impression that "Inspect Element" will reveal the image file type and pixel dimensions, but not the actual file size in KBs. And it sounds like the info that matters is kind of buried in with a lot of other info that's likely only interesting to web developers.

So it looks like we both learned something today whether we wanted to or not!

I remember going into that Sears store in 1969 when I was stationed at Moffett Field! I suppose that it was torn down so that they could put a "Wally world" (Wal-Mart) in its'place?

Any info or details on that "thing"?
Whatever it is, (and it's obviously
the product of someone with a
    very definite 'one-track' mind!!),
now that I've seen it, I surely and
truly want one! No...wait, make that
    "surely and truly *need* one!"!
    I MUST HAVE ONE!

This Cessna 150, N7826F, was one of two aircraft involved in a midair collision over Hawthorne, CA on May 21, 1967. Both persons aboard this plane were killed; the two occupants of the other plane, Cessna 182 N34271, survived. Here's the NTSB report:

Hangar 1 in the late 30s? If you google "hangar 1" youll see the hangar stripped of its metal skin and Google is telling the govt theyll clean it up 100%. But the govt is sitting on its hands over the deal.

Moffett Blvd/US101, Mtn View, CA. The big monstrosity across 101 in the background is the NASA Ames Research Center windtunnel (50% of it can be seen.) Its bigger today.

I use google chrome and right click gives you the following:
    Save Image As
    Copy Image Url
    Copy Image
    Open Image in new Tab
Search Image on TinEye (I added this extension)
    Inspect Element
    --------------------------------------
However if you Save Image As, then go to that image on your computer,]
then you can do right click and properties.
