    It's not. Here is a photo of the LAPD Rampart station you're thinking of. They both have a similar look, but they're different places

    Rampart Station was completed and put into service in 1966 (this photo was taken later as indicated by the vehicles) It was located at 2710 west Temple st. (spent six years in that division)

    This shot is from the pilot episode of "Adam-12". It was filmed in late 1967, and the vehicles look very much like '66-'67 Belvideres. This shot was taken at old North Hollywood division, a short distance from Universal studios.

    And the mis-ID is not the Fmr. Rampart copper's fault. Google images mis-id's the above shot as Rampart station.
