    They're doin' it wrong. There should be T-shirts and cutoffs (and even better, cutoff T-shirts) involved, regardless of the season. And a lot if indiscriminate use of the hose. Can't raise any money dressed like this. That lesson wouldn't be learned 'til the '60's.

    It certainly could be. I was under the impression that the '54 had those headlight rings that made the lights look somewhat recessed. It may be that was wasn't all models.

    Just looked up the Dodge in the Tad Burness Car Spotter Guide. It's a '54.

    Next year will mark the 60th year of the car being in the family. It was my father in laws car, he bought it when he was 15 in '53. That's him behind the wheel in his '54 high school yearbook. Other pics are all we have from the era. The steel top is something he had made, it's part of some kind of unknown car, we still have it. He passed away 20 years ago, here is a post on the car as it is today:

    Dave, yes it does appear to be a single display. It looks like they later contracted the name to NOMA...
