  1. Just a newby here so my opinion might not matter for much, but if you hadn't shown them here, I'd hope you could find somewhere to show them to everyone. Too damned nice to keep hidden in an attic in my opinion.

I used to live next door to the Lincoln Deli. :) Fishman's Kosher Deli is in that building now. It's at 4100 Minnetonka Blvd in St. Louis Park, just west of Minneapolis.

  3. John, your opinion matters to me any way... Unfortunately the wheel in the pictures is the best of the bunch. One of them is in pretty bad shape and another one I think maybe repairable if someone can weld mag. I would never have put them in the attic in the first place if I had know that mag corrodes so badly.

Maybe I'll at least hang this one on my garage wall for a conversation piece. Ha, maybe I can put it to use and wrap my air hose around it.

The Corvair at the bottom was a styling study, it was given to an executives daughetr for her 16th birthday. It resides in the Hudson museum in Ypsilanti, MI (just down the street for last weekends Billetproof).

This restaurant is still there and is quite good. It is also about a half mile from where Edward R. Murrow lived .

Serious question--Why is blackface "bad"? You say that negroes did it too, so its not racism. Whats bad about it?

Any guesses on what the two boxes were used for on the back of that pickup on the left side of the image? For dogs, or pizza delivery, extra riders in bad wx, parcels or mail? Gary
