IIRC, they made 55 cars. Leno has one and I have seen at least 2 in museums and maybe a couple at car shows.

 

Go to youtube and search Chrysler turbine. There are a lot of videos there, and there were also several other Chrysler turbine cars. IIRC Chrysler made 50 of them and at the end of the test 40 were crushed because were imported tax-free (cars were made by Ghia in Italy), and 10 were preserved (after paying import taxes). Chrysler kept 2, the rest were donated to different museums.

A BIG CONGRATS there, Don. My Dad is at a loss without my Mom who died last September. They'd have celebrated their 62nd on Christmas Eve '11, had she been around.

LOOK AGAIN that's a very young Harrison Ford

 

I don't think so. Harrison Ford was born in '42, would have been 16 in '58. This photo appears to be earlier than that.
