Looks like a sealed beam conversion behind the original lenses.

  2. My grandmother had one like that. The whole family would gather at her house to watch wrestling and eat popcorn on Saturday nights....thought it was all real.:)

The 1963 Ford Seattle XXI made for the World's Fair. Ford was thinking about on-board computers that would drive the car, drive by wire (no steering wheel here just a console), satellite navigation and fuel cells/battery packs, and this was back in 1962.

Tom Tyler in his only appearance as THE Mummy in "The Mummy's Hand," 1940. Athletic Tom mostly appeared in supporting roles, Westerns in particular, from the '20 to the early '50s when rheumatoid arthritis ruined him, physically and financially. He was only 50 when he died. Tyler appeared as one of "The Three Mesquiteers," John Ford's classic "Stagecoach" and in "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon," all with Duke Wayne.

Holy crap ! I remember this building later on. Rumor was from a coworker that during WWII many used cars from the dealership, mostly Model T's ended up in his pond on a farm near Mackinaw, Illinois. I always wanted to go check it out but I'm no deep sea diver.
