You fellas missed it! The one legger is out front because it is lighter!! (No heavy posi unit)

AND... it looks like the driver skipped breakfast (and a couple other meals!) versus the size of the driver of the posi-equipped Poncho.

The article with the 2 Pontiacs was from the Mar. '57 Motor Trend. The performance comparison was to show the effects of power accessories on the performance of 2 otherwise identical cars. One was loaded up and the other just had the standard equipment, both with 270HP 347's. It would be interesting to see the entire article. Copies are available on e-Bay.
