Vintage shots from days gone by!

  1. On my high school career day field trip in 1962, we went to the GM plant in Van Nuys. The engine room was filled with everything from 6's to 409's. The entire engine was painted as one assembly. It was a great day for a teenager.

    Yep, and a lot more.
    They have quite a few locations around the NW.
    Driveshaft parts and repair.
    Brakes.
    Custom u-bolts.
    And as Don said, lots of trailer stuff.

    The Sinclair station and cars is very current. It is located about two miles north of I20 on McCart in Fort Worth. They collect and restore older trucks there and offer up photo ops for folks.

    Hammerbachers is still there between topaz ca. and Walker ca. Been closed many years. Stopped there when I was 12 in 1955.
