Could this be Bart Star #15, Quarter Back for Green Bay Packers ?

 

I google searched the piggly wiggly image and one source says it was the grand opening of the piggly wiggly in Jacksonville Florida. I'm still stumped as to why the Hillman is LHD but appears to be sporting UK plates.

You betcha it's #15 Bart Starr, former Green Bay Packers QB and current member of the NFL Hall of Fame. He was also the winning QB of Super Bowls #1 & 2.

 

Might have been someone in the military stationed in England who bought the car in U.S. spec, used it there and brought it home after their tour of duty was over, and hadn't gotten their new plates yet.
