I wondered if it was actually a Buick also and the portholes confused me. I looked up Oldsmobile but missed the one you show. Maybe the portholes added by the dealer who did the conversion?

 

A friend of mine had a 65 Chevelle with one of the dual Rochester units he ran at Lions in 1966. Ran well.

I think it might be Micheal J. Pollard he played in Bonnie & Clyde.

 

That's Arch Hall Jr. The movie is The Choppers produced by Arch Hall Sr.
Yes Jr. is still in a band, but I don't recall their name. He starred in several movies, most notably Wild Guitar, mostly produced by his dad.
