    I only went to "Hung Far Low" once, the thing I remember was, the long flight of stairs up to the restaurant .

  5. Yep, an old building. Went there many times, but I love Chinese food! Got the number 3, Shrimp, Chow Mein, Fried Rice for $ 3.50! Fun times!.

  8. A very good spot. My favorite was The Canton Grill on 82nd. Portland used to have many really great Chinese joints,
    don't know about now! Haven't lived there for 30 years! Now that Chinatown - Burnside is the "Pearl District " ( LOL ) I don't know how the traditional places have fared vs the trendy places!
