    Thanks for getting back to me on that ,the Buick I hate to say is going to be offered for sale soon it's a one owner ,sort of, low mileage ,barn kept from 57 when the owner died,till about 5 or 6 years ago I don't want to cut into this thread on it if you go to the Yard Art let's see some thread I have a post on there telling the back ground story on the car...

    Interesting that they would accept stamps. A check for twenty-eight cents? Seems strange now.

  29. Grand River and Oakman Blvd. Detroit. Today the Beverly Theater is part of a church. The John F. Ivory Building still stands. The Sears store on the north(west) side of Grand River is long gone as well as the tracks crossing the road.
