    Looks like Smokey figured out the tank/lakester body. He just forgot to have the driver sit inside...

    Paramount, Ca. My old stomping grounds and where I graduated high school. Paramount is one of the cities that made up "Kustomland" in the 1950's, my dads era and when I was born.

    Not a Packard. Really. I know a Packard when I see one. I did buy a new in the crate 320 inch Packard V8 in the late 80s or early 90s. But the pictured engine is not a Packard. This is a Packard. Three exhaust ports for the first tip off. '56 Golden Hawk was the only Studebaker with a Packard engine. img96.JPG

    Wasn't there a "Ma and Pa Kettle" movie where the Kettle's picked up a war surplus jet engine or something and placed it on a train and used it?
