^Actually, if one made the outside ones smaller with flip open headlights (Like a Riv), and a full bumper, that would be cool.

That was an excellent documentary, I watch it every once in a while.

The air brake was a workaround for the 24h race in LeMans because Jaguar still had discbrakes while Mercedes drums.

Should be noticed, that these cars were involved in the worst crash in motorsport history in Le Mans 1955.

 

re: Mike Hawthorne drive - all they needed there was a couple of pregnant women pushing prams on the track during that run
