    Actually, it's Town Car Delivery. Derived from the Town Car, a similar chauffeured passenger car body. Neither were very successful - pretty expensive and people who could afford them didn't want a lowly Ford. So they were low production and consequently are rare (and still expensive ;)). Some replicas have been made from sedans - I've seen pix of one that was hot rodded.

    It is referred to as a town car. Ford offered them for several years. Bodies were coach built for ford.
