    This is the Concannon Car Company "Flying Special" roadster. Driver Norm Hall tried to qualify this car for the 1961 Indy 500 but was unsuccessful. It was "too slow" at 141.861 mph. The nose of the #29 car, the Fullerton Special can be seen behind the standing men. That car also failed to qualify with Jim McWithey at the wheel.

    Jimi-I suspect a one off for a elderly rich client.Notice one headrest and recliner.I searched 3 door Lincoln Zeypher and noticed a reference to Bohman&Schwartz doing handicapped vehicles.It may be a lead on this car.
