Of course, I'm going to dork out on your pops(?) 57. Looks like a 210, 2 door sedan. Bumper guards, not too unusual on a 210, but most times, they're accompanied by the rubber bullets instead of the block off plates. Carry on.

 

My Grandfather owned a Standard Station from the thirties to the 50's when he passed away.
He was a an old fashioned guy, lots of prejudices and faults, but I remember the station well.
The roll top desk, smell of old non additive gas, oil and grease. Good memories.
Not my granfathers station.

What a classy rig. Gene Winfiled's Jade Idol. I could never get into canted headlights except on this car.

 

I think this is the all time best looking Bonneville car.
