    You're correct, that's Reid in Bill Johnsons Silnes with a Chet Herbert built Wayne headed Chevy-1951. IIRC that was the first roller cam engine.

    Can't say for sure, but it's a scan from a Louis Meyer Inc. ad from 67.

    Actually the show with Froggy started years before that on radio and then TV with Smilin' Ed McConnell. I can remember listening to it when I was very young in '49.
