Heh, I was a Plymouth Trouble Shooting contestant that same year. No one told us one of the items might be a parking light bulb.

ol' Jack Davis of MAD magazine??? His MAD characters are all-time classics!

 

Wasn't Scott Cross the first pilot of this mean piece of equipment, back in '60?

 

I always thought it was Chuck Yeager but maybe he was just the one that broke the sound barrier not the first pilot.
