    ranfla, glad you enjoy it, obviously you missed the part where you were supposed to post your intro first, do a U turn and go back, read the sticky, do your intro, everyone will be happier, and you will enjoy your experience here a whole bunch more,,,:D

    Good catch guys. I just went by what my dad wrote on the slides and hadn't looked at them that close yet. I've got several hundred i'm scanning. I wish he was still around to tell me the stories that go with some of them.:(

    This is such a great photo thread that I didn't want to ruin it with my stories which have been known to induce coma. Even though I've seen it explained earlier, I haven't learned how to add captions yet.
    Can anyone tell me what year and make my grandfather's pick-up was? I never heard about it until I found this photo.

    My father still had the 36 Plymouth when I turned one. My uncle married a nice Italian girl that my grandmother didn't approve of. They got on his Indian and headed for California. The engine blew up near Cleveland, OH and they settled for Berea, OH where he became a cop. Sometimes I let my sister ride in the back of my new dump truck.
