Oh Man, that just put me back to my days in school @ that age. Today forget it, 100 times the students, no supplies, and no swatting for being bad in class.

Here's two I have. This is my Granddad in Oklahoma (1949) after running his trap lines. He only owned three vehicles his entire life. The "T", a 54 Stude pickup and a '54 Chevy pickup which has been promised to me.

    1) Me in front of Dad's '54 Olds 2dr hdtp

    2) Grandpa, Aunt Alta and three of my cousins in the garden. This is how it was done into the 60s by Grandpa. The mule's name was Jenny and she lived to be 46 years old although she spent her last years wandering with the next door neighbor's cattle.

    3) Knapp's Department Store in Downtown Lansing, MI. The building still stands as is today but empty.

This picture appears in Donald F Weed's 'Commercial Trucks' and says they're 39 Plymouth but on closer examination I think you're right Roadkill.
It reminds me of the Opel Kapitain or Admiral lights used in what's often called the first Ferrari and the question of why GM didn't use such lights in the US like everyone else that year...
