Its a Wonderful video and you are correct them vehicles are going at pretty good clip. And none seem to be holding on at all.

If you lived through all that went on, you didn't even think about getting hurt in the celebration that was the end of the war. I was 5 years old but remember driving in mom's and dads car with the horm blowing all the time in ElSecundo CA.
