    Thanks Buildy. The first year I went to the Jalopy Showdown everyone kept commenting about " the old guy" driving the tour bus around the track like a wild man. Little did they know he had a good bit of experiance backin' it in. Lynn had just as much fun as anyone playing in the mud.

    Little new for this thread, But a good story. My son Mickey was ask to run a non wing asphalt show this past weekend. We knew it was an older car but what the heck a ride is a ride. Ended up 3rd in the feature, The car, Tom Bigelow's 1978 Shores Genesse Beer Wagon. Gotta love them old ones. Ted

    Florida non wing asphalt sprint car races .. makes me think that the Gimmler brothers (Gary & Mark) might be two of those your son raced with?????
