    You betcha.
I'm really after Bill (who is computer hostile) to try and organize his dad's historical data and find an appropriate place for its preservation.
His dad, btw is buried just a few plots from the recently deceased and fellow Wichita Falls TX driver Lloyd Ruby and Bill is hoping that the local racing group there will be putting together a museum 'any day now' - probably won't happen.

Hi Carl, these were all taken at Manzanita, the vintage cars (sprints & midgets) ran in conjuction with the CRA/USAC cars. They used both tracks for this event.

Guys: Please say a prayer for all the people of the northeast USA. Harrisburg,Pa. had 10+ inches of rain, and people are in trouble. EMMR is right in the area, and it was just restored after a spring flood. Fellow member Joe Marsicano's home has a flooded basement as of wed. eve.

Hi guys, this is a great thread. Does anyone have any pictures of Don Weyhrich's $1.98 black McDonalds sponsored sprint car from the mid 70's. My dad has always told me about that car...I'd like to see it for my self. We have used that number on every race car I've had because my dad liked that sprint car so much.

  22. I know those guys personally, fine men for sure.
Whether or not it does happen, it should

Barringer, Rodger Ward (got his start in the Falls), Larson came through, Ruby, Parkinson, and so much more unearthed history in the Falls. So much.........

  23. There's a car and name like that I think in "high plains thunder", a Bob Mays book. Nebraska guy wasn't he?
