Is this fluted style insert material still avaiable? What would the stock be refered to? Fluted or Corrugated Sheet? TIA

I've got a few Ensigns like your top pic, but only one with the "pinstripe" insert. I've also got a few of the oval panels like your lower pic, and only have one with the "pinstripe" insert. They are rare, but I have seen others around. I have no idea who might make that material now.

What you are looking for is an embossed aluminum product. I don't know of anyone that makes the style of product that you are looking for. Most if not all of the emboss lines in this country no longer exist. I think the biggest supplier of embossed aluminum sheet today is China. All of the emboss equipment that the company I worked for was sold to some place in Asia years ago. You might contact Alcoa and see if they still produce embossed products or if they can tell you who does. I know Kaiser and Alcan do not produce any embossed products.

Probably the cheapest way to get some material like that to make a dash would be to mill the shallow slots in a sheet of aluminum.
