Hello, I am in possession of a First Prize trophy from a 1903 Empire City race in Yonkers, N.Y
It has alot of information on it including the race cl***, car that won, the car's owner, the winners name, distance and time of the race. If you know anyone who has expertise in knowledge of races from that era, please contact me at rjn1932@gmail.com. The owner of the car was John Insley Blair, who was a railroad magnate and one of the richest men of the 19th century. Blairstown, N.J was named after him. I read about his children, but the trail of relatives ends there. Regards, Rob
