Hot Rods vintage turn indicator wiring

    Looks like everything is wired, got brake lights, turn signals and indicator light but I have one wire left that I don't know what to do with it. When I touch it with the test light, it flashes when I turn left or right.

    might be the "pilot", which is the light in the dash that tells you that a turn signal is on. Some use a bulb for each side, some use a single bulb for both sides.

    That is just an indicator light wire. Hook it to a green light on the dash to see when you left your blinkers on. Or tape it up and don't use it.
