Virginia H.A.M.B. group cruis in

today was the day, Va H.A.M.B. Cruise In and Pic-Nic.wow what a nice day .good turnout for a first time event. Over 40 cars showed up from all over Virginia. Good food, Good friends ,new and old,but what was so impresive is the donations given to the Johnrodz Charity. all the proceeds from the event will go to the Norge Food Pantry. a local charity under the Williamsburg Salvation Army chapter. we collected $500.00 + an ***ortment of caned foods. Thank you Va H.A.M.B social groupe and Friends fot the incredable giving hearts.

YOU GUYS ROCK, I just wanted to say that because of the Va. H.A.M.B. group turnout and all the donations given it was the biggest charity amount ever given to the Johnrodz Charity fund. I can not thank you all enough. the money and food will be donated on wednsday april 18th to the Williamsburg Salvation Army Norge Food Pantry. It will be given in the name of the Virginia H.A.M.B. social Group and Friends. Thank you all so very much for all your support.

Looks like you Va. folks had a very nice affair with beautiful weather, nice cars, and some big-hearted car enthusiasts. This is what "Spreading the Gospel" is all about. You should all be very proud...............Don.

Sounds intresting, where is solomons island???......have car will travel.

 

It's located at the far South end of Calvert County just before the bridge that takes you into St. Mary's County. Very scenic area where the Patuxent River enters the Chesapeake Bay. It's just across the water from Pax River Naval Air Station, in fact as you cross the bridge you can sometimes see Navy fighters taking off or landing as the main runway faces up the river towards the bridge. There's a pretty nice show coming up on the 29th of this month in nearby Leonardtown if you wanted to come up this way to preview the area. It's the Spring Fling **VII put on by the St. Mary's Rod & Cl***ic Car Club. All yr. car, trk., bike event...info: 301-994-9666.

 

Interesting D-Russ, you could be our tour guide and show us around. We won't charge much. Oh Heck maybe we'll do it for free since you are a fellow HAMBer.
