Event Coverage Viva Las Vegas Photos

I have posted abput 100 photos of the Viva Las Vegas 2012. The Viva Las Vegas Car Show and Rockability event gets better every year. Don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but count me in the "Confused" group. Is it a biker/****** convention? A pinup-girl/tatoo jubilee? A car show?

Seems like you could just get it all out of your system with a trip to the ***ty bar.

how can someone who has been on this board longer than a year NOT know what the Viva Las Vegas rockabilly weekend is... even i know what it is and i live under a rock in the middle of a corn field and listen to nothing much else but 80's hair metal... unless your comments were tongue in cheek?

 

hahaha i can tell you getting anxiuos for Viva like the most of us, just a few more weeks my friend.

Really,I checked out the album and there is right at 100 photos of posers standing in front of cars,,,the cars are secondary.

I don't get into the life style pin up photos,,much like the 50's bobbie socks look I find them both Hokey.

Look at the album,,I'm a adult and if I want to look at scantly dressed ****** I can find plenty on the internet.

The rockabilly show look just ain't my style. HRP

 

I dont know what it is....But I am sure as hell gonna find out! since Im moving there soon. (Vegas)

 

I think even ***ty bars have standards....
nice cars though.

 

Not so much a car show.
Unless you consider beaters at a parking lot a car show.

I must agree with HRP the Rockabilly and pin up stuff has got to go . I go to a car show to look at cars. If I wanna look at chics I will go to a so called "gentleman's club" and and look at strippers and pound beers

Guess I'm different I enjoyed the pictures thanks for sharing. it has been on my bucket list to go on day. been to vegas many times but timing was not right

what the hell is wrong with you people ! you don't go viva Las vegas to look at cars or tatoos . you go for the ear to ear grin and good feeling you keep all year .

It takes all kinds to make the word go around but usually when guys show photos of a "car show" you can actually see some of the "cars" in the photos.

 

Contrary to popular belief,most of us are on the Hamb because of our interest in cars,,not tattoos,drinking, or living a rockabilly life style,,the cars are the draw!

And add live music to the list also. In anoher thead here on the HAMB ***led ( Little Richard headlines Viva Las Vegas )???? I thought the cars were the headliners. It seems now it's a multiple artist concert, with a car show as an added attraction, $100 plus to get in

To the OP, thanks for the effort to take and post the pics, but I agree with the others, more traditional rods and customs only pics would have recieved a better reception.

$35.00 spec. admission just for saturday and you only get access to the car show, non of the indoor attractions

It is $50 for the 4 day car show p*** and $150 for the car show and concerts.
