this is not directed towards anyone specific............If its costing 875,000 to put on a four day car show, mabey its time to shop around a little............there has to be a more effective way to spend money......I have put together some small shows locally. There is a certain amount of time involved for the director........its called DONATING your time for the cause.........by the way i like pizza too

I expressed my opinion and asked an honest question. According to the responses I have received, that makes me disrespectful.

I think Axle puts on a great show, I never questioned how hard he works or if the show is worthy of charging an entrance fee. I just wanted to know why an owners pride and joy does not get vindicated as art ?

People pay for bands,pay for posters,pay for pin striping,even t-shirts, all legitimate art forms..yet car owners have to pay?
Axle did not reply.
Then I made a smart *** remark ,due to the lack of any response, that in turn fueled this fire.
I see all sorts of wise cracks on this message board, but as soon as I flipped a little ****, everybody's *** kissing party is in a tail spin.
I wish the members would read what I said before they decided to judge me. My point was ignored by Axle until I raised a bit of hell.
I was attempting to look out for the average hot rodder, not piss on Axle's hard work. I did not realize flipping him some **** was going to become a total mess .As a result I offended a large proportion of this board. That is a shame and I apologize, but I will not apologize for standing my ground. If this board caters to this type of bureaucracy ********, then it really does not matter to me what is said from here forward.
